In accordance with the Code of Conduct adopted by the City & County of Swansea, the following interests were declared: -

Rowlands, G J Tanner and L J Tyler Lloyd declared a Personal Interest in Minute
No. 12 “Independent Remuneration Panel for Wales (IRPW) Draft Annual Report
2018-2019 – Consultation” due to there being reference to the Basic Salary of
Councillors.
